This is a great red light therapy mat. It works just as well as going to a red light therapy treatment. I like being able to utilize it from the comfort of my home and decide how long I will relax on it.

Overall, I am very pleased with this red light mat. It is made from a durable material that is, however, soft and comfortable. I do not detect any chemical or other smell. I am 5'1" and bought this red light mat for back pain, so the size is perfect for me and it is comfortable to lie on. It is very handy to use - just unroll it, plug it in, get situated, and use the simple control unit to set power level and time.
