Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over $89 to eligible regions. Orders below $89 will be subject to a shipping fee based on the destination.

3. Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a 90% refund (excluding applicable fees).

Yes, our devices are FDA Class II registered and comply with safety and quality standards.

How often should I use the LED light device?

We recommend using the device 3-4 times per week for 15-30 minutes per session. However, usage can be adjusted based on individual needs.

Can two people use the LED light bag at the same time?

Yes! Our open-ended design allows two people to use the LED light bag simultaneously.
