3. Shipping Method

📌 Note: Express shipping is not available at this time. All orders will be shipped via Standard Shipping based on the estimated delivery time.


4. Customs Duties & Taxes

  • United States: No additional import duties.
  • European Union, Canada, Australia, & Other Countries: Import duties and taxes may apply based on local customs regulations.
  • Who pays customs duties? Customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees or import taxes required by their country.

📌 Important: Customs processing times may vary, and we are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections.


5. Address Accuracy

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct before submitting an order. Once an order has been processed by our shipping department, we cannot make changes or retrieve it for address modifications.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

EMELLIA is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been shipped. If tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your surroundings (mailbox, front door, neighbors, or building reception).
  2. Wait 24-48 hours as some carriers mark packages as delivered before final drop-off.
  3. Contact the shipping carrier and file a claim for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

We utilize timestamp information from tracking links and delivery confirmations when reviewing claims, and we may not be able to honor refund or replacement requests that are not reported promptly.


7. Restricted Shipping Regions

We currently do not ship to the following locations:
❌ Russia, Brazil, Mexico, India, South Africa, and other regions with restricted shipping policies.
